These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from POLAR VENTURES LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and pricing
- All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated.
- Because our honey is a raw agricultural product, colour, texture, and flavour vary between harvests. Crystallisation is normal and is not a defect.
- We may correct pricing or description errors and may cancel an affected order with a full refund if a listing was clearly wrong.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, if the payment is flagged as fraudulent, or if we cannot ship to the address given.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method presented. We do not store card details.
Shipping and risk of loss
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose or to commit fraud.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its checkout flow, or other users' access to it.
- Do not scrape, resell, or reproduce our photography and written content without permission.
Intellectual property
The Polar Ventures LLC name, logo, product photography, and site copy belong to POLAR VENTURES LLC and may not be used without written permission.
Disclaimers
Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on this site is a health claim or medical advice. Honey should not be given to infants under twelve months of age. If you have a pollen allergy, consult a physician before consuming raw honey.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
