We ship to all 50 US states from our honey house. Orders are packed by hand in the order they arrive.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 pm ET on a business day are usually packed the same day; otherwise they ship within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $50.00 or more.
- Standard shipping — flat $5.95 on US orders below the free-shipping threshold.
- The rate that applies to your order is shown on the cart page and again on Stripe's checkout page before you pay.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch for most US addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and rural routes can take a few days longer. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us at support@polarventures.com and we will chase the carrier.
How we pack
- Each jar is wrapped and cushioned in recycled, plastic-free materials.
- Gift sets ship in their wooden crate inside an outer carton so the crate arrives unmarked.
- In hot weather honey may soften or become runnier in transit. This is harmless and reverses at room temperature.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
